§ 18-74. UNLAWFUL TO LITTER FROM AUTOMOBILES.
   It is unlawful for any person to throw from any automobile or motor vehicle being operated and driven upon and over the streets, alley, and roadways of the city any litter, trash, wastepaper, tin cans, or other substance or refuse whatever.
