(A) The city shall charge as set by the City Council for all routine ambulance service furnished by the city within the city limits, and shall charge as set by the Council for all emergency ambulance services furnished by the city within the city limits. In addition to the above charge, there shall be an additional charge per mile, one-way travel by ambulance furnished by the city to all areas outside of the city limits.
(B) There shall be an additional charge as determined by the Council for the use of oxygen facilities in the ambulance furnished by the city.
(C) There shall be an hourly waiting charge for the ambulance furnished by the city in the amount as set by the Council for each hour or fraction of an hour after the first hour thereof.
