Each billiard, pool, snooker, dominoes parlor, bowling alley, or boxball alley operating within the city shall pay an annual license fee, the amount of which is on file in the City Clerk’s office, for each such business establishment, with no license fee charged on individual tables, bowling alleys, or boxball alleys.
