§ 2-43. WARD NUMBER AND BOUNDARIES.
   The city is hereby divided into four wards as follows:
   (A)   Ward number one. All of that part of the city lying east of the centerline of Eighth Street and north of the centerline of Church Street shall constitute Ward 1;
   (B)   Ward number two. All of that part of the city lying west of the centerline of Eighth Street and north of the centerline of Church Street to the centerline of Fourteenth Street, then north to the city limits shall constitute Ward 2;
   (C)   Ward number three. All of that part of the city lying west of the centerline of Eighth Street from the centerline of Church Street south to Monroe Street, and all of that part lying west of the centerline of College Avenue (also known as Sixth Street) shall constitute Ward 3; and
   (D)   Ward number four. All of that part of the city lying east of the centerline of Eighth Street from the centerline of Church Street south to Monroe Street, and all of that part lying east of the centerline of College Avenue (also known as Sixth Street), from Monroe Street to the south edge of the city limits shall constitute Ward 4.
