§ 12-50. EXAMINATION AND INVESTIGATION FEE.
   Every person desiring to engage in any trade, occupation, or business, as set forth in this section, must first secure a license from the City Clerk for the following designated occupations or businesses, and in addition thereto, a license examination and investigation fee for all persons from outside the city shall be paid in amounts which are on file in the City Clerk’s office:
   (A)   Circuses, carnivals, shows, or exhibitions of any kind, whether admission is charged or not;
   (B)   Transient amusements not otherwise provided for in this article; or
   (C)   Itinerant skating rinks or shooting galleries operated for profit, even though maintained and operated on private property.
