§ 12-47. LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It is unlawful for any person, either as principal or agent, or his, her, or their servants or employees, to conduct or carry any trade, occupation, or business hereinafter enumerated without first having procured a license from the City Clerk of the city, as provided in this article.
