§ 12-29. UNLAWFUL TO SELL FROM VEHICLE; WHOLESALERS EXEMPT.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale, at retail, any commodity from any truck, trailer, or other vehicle while such vehicle is parked on any street or alley of the city.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to wholesalers or wholesale distributors supplying their customers for resale at retail, nor to the transportation and distribution, at wholesale or retail, of milk and dairy products, nor to the sale, in any zoned residential area, of vegetables and fruit by the producer or grower thereof.
