§ 10-333. VIOLATIONS.
   Any person who shall move any building or structure onto, on, over, or across any street or alley without having complied with the provisions of this article shall be guilty of an offense. The failure to comply with any provision mentioned within this article shall be a separate offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished accordingly.
