§ 10-331. FIRE CHIEF TO BE INFORMED.
   In each and every case where any person desiring to move any building shall have a permit issued for the move, he or she shall show his or her permit to the Chief of the Fire Department. If, for any reason, any delay is occasioned by any unforeseen contingency, it shall be his or her further duty to inform the Fire Chief of such delay and disclose information on the true condition of the streets and alleys for fire prevention purposes.
