§ 10-325. PASSAGEWAY FOR TRAFFIC.
It shall be the duty of any person to whom a permit has been issued to move any building across any street, alley, or avenue to provide sufficient passageway on one side of the building while the same is being moved, to the end that traffic will not be unduly interrupted and so that vehicles may effect a passage by the side of such building and over such street. Where it is necessary to allow a building to remain overnight on the street, it shall be the duty of the person moving same to so plan the work that a suitable place can be reached before night where a passageway can be provided.
