There is hereby adopted by reference the International Energy Conservation Code, 2006 edition, with Appendix, issued by the International Code Council, Inc., as the energy code for the city. The energy conservation code shall be fully applicable and enforceable in the city, as fully as if set out at length herein. If any provisions of the ordinances of the city are in conflict with the provisions of the energy conservation code, the provisions of the energy conservation code shall prevail.
