The Electrical Inspector shall at all times have access to any building or structure under construction to properly examine the same as to the electrical wiring and installations. Any defective work in connection therewith the Inspector may find that, in the opinion of the Inspector, is a nuisance or detriment to the public safety of the occupants of the building or adjoining buildings, then he or she shall order the defects corrected and put in a safe condition.
