§ 10-211. LICENSE REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION.
Any license issued in accordance with this article may be suspended or revoked by the City Council for reasons of incompetency or for failure to comply with the provisions of this article or any applicable ordinance or regulation; but no license shall be revoked unless the licensee shall have been notified in writing of the charges against him or her and has been given an opportunity for hearing, except that failure to maintain the surety bond required herein in full force and effect shall be grounds for the summary suspension of such license. Any licensee whose license has been revoked shall not again be licensed within a period of six weeks from date of such action.
