No permit shall be issued for electrical wiring and electrical installations and the methods of installation thereof unless and until the same shall conform to the approved standards provided for in the National Electrical Code, 2005 edition, the electrical code and all of the provisions thereof being made a part hereof and incorporated herein and adopted by the city, as its standards, the same as though set out in full herein.
