§ 10-203. BUILDING INSPECTOR TO SERVE AS ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR; DUTIES.
   (A)   For the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this article and for the better protection of the city’s electrical wiring and electrical installations, the Building Inspector shall serve as the Electrical Inspector.
   (B)   The Electrical Inspector shall have the right to designate any qualified person to make the actual inspections and report to him or her; and acting on such report, he or she may carry out the provisions of this article. The Inspector shall have the inspection and testing of all electrical wiring and electrical installations done within the city. He or she shall inspect all work coming within his or her jurisdiction or cause such inspection to be done and shall cause all electrical wiring and installations work to be done and performed in accordance with the terms and provisions of this article.
