For the purpose of this article, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR. Any person engaged in the business of installing or servicing or repairing, or contracting to install, repair, or service any electrical wiring, conduits, devices, fixtures, overhead or underground wiring systems, or any other electrical energy.
ELECTRICAL WIRING. All wiring, fixtures, conduits, appliances, devices, equipment, overhead or underground wiring system, generating or any other equipment in connection with the general distribution or utilization of electrical emergency.
JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. Every person doing any work of installing, repairing, servicing, or maintaining any electrical wiring, conduits, devices, fixtures, overhead or underground wiring systems, or any other electrical energy.
