There is hereby adopted by reference the International Plumbing Code, 2006 edition, with Appendices E, F, G, issued by the International Code Council, Inc., as the plumbing code for the city. The plumbing code shall be fully applicable and enforceable in governing plumbing and sewers in the city, save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended, as fully as if set out at length herein. If any provision of the ordinances of the city are in conflict with any provision of the plumbing code, except as provided in this article, the provisions of the plumbing code shall prevail.
