§ 90.56. TERMS BEGINNING WITH “P.”

   PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT. A district of that name established under the zoning ordinance.

   PLANNING COMMISSION. The City Planning Commission.

(90.56.20)

   PLAT. A map, chart, or written representation indicating the subdivision or resubdivision of land which, in final form, is intended to be filed of record.

   PLAT, FINAL. A finished plat showing completely and accurately all information and certification necessary for approval under these regulations.

(90.56.35)

   PLAT, PRELIMINARY. A plat showing the proposed layout of a subdivision in sufficient detail to indicate its feasibility, but not in final form for recording and the details not completely computed.

(90.56.40)

   PLAT, SKETCH. A plat showing in general the area to be subdivided, the street layout, lots, and blocks, and the general nature of improvements.
