§ 90.45. TERMS BEGINNING WITH “E.”

   EASEMENT. A grant by a property owner to the public, a corporation, or a person for the use of all or part of a parcel of land for specific purposes.

   ENGINEER. The engineer of the city or the person designated by the City Council to serve in that capacity, except when the context otherwise indicates.
