§ 90.42. TERMS BEGINNING WITH “B.”

   BLOCK. An area of land within a subdivision, bounded entirely by streets or highways, except alleys, or by boundaries of the subdivision.

   BUILDING SETBACK LINE. A line established parallel or nearly parallel to the center of an existing or proposed street or highway, indicating the minimum distance from such centerline that a building or other structure may be erected.
