§ 70.20. PLATS COMMITTEE.
   (A)   Appointment. The Chair of the Planning Commission may appoint a Plats Committee consisting of representatives of public agencies and public utility companies. In lieu of appointing members, the Chair may request said agencies and companies to designate representatives and alternates to serve on the Committee.
   (B)   Organization. The inspecting officer shall serve as Chair of the Plats Committee, shall appoint the Secretary of the Committee, shall call meetings of the Committee, and shall provide the members thereof with copies of plats and other necessary information.
   (C)   Function. The function of the Plats Committee shall be to provide a means for review of plats by interested agencies and utility companies and for advising the Planning Commission on plats. In making recommendations on plats, the members of the Committee shall act in their individual capacities, and the Committee as a whole shall not make recommendations on plats.
