A variance may be granted upon written request of the subdivider or his or her agent, stating the reason(s) for each requested modification. Approval of a variance shall require the favorable vote of a majority of all the members of the Planning Commission. No variance shall be granted unless the reasons therefor are entered in the minutes of the Planning Commission.
