The subdivider is put on notice that, within the subdivision, he or she shall, at his or her own expense, pave all streets, and install sidewalks, street signs, storm drainage improvements, sanitary sewerage facilities, and water facilities, as required by these regulations, except as may be provided by other ordinances of the city.
