§ 40.20. PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS.
   Where a plan for a planned development district has been approved in accordance with the provisions of the Alva Zoning Ordinance, the subdivision plat for such development shall conform to such plan, other provisions of these subdivision regulations to the contrary notwithstanding.
