(A) Information to be submitted with plats and limited replats is shown in Table 3. Whenever a letter appears in a column headed by the name of a plat and opposite an item in the “required information” column, then the information described in the item shall be submitted with such plat at the time the plat is presented to the Planning Commission or its agent.
