§ 30.20. APPROVAL BY PLANNING COMMISSION AGENT.
   The Planning Commission may empower the engineer or other city administrative officer to approve by endorsement, on behalf of the Planning Commission, limited replats that meet all of the requirements for limited replats set forth in these regulations.
