§ 25.70. TIME LIMIT ON SUBMITTAL OF FINAL PLAT.
If a final plat for all or part of the property covered by a preliminary plat is not submitted to the Planning Commission for approval within one year after the date the preliminary plat was approved by the City Council, the preliminary plat shall be considered as having been abandoned, unless, on written application, the Planning Commission approves an extension of time, each such extension to be for a stated period not to exceed six months. Approval by the City Council of the final plat of a portion of the property covered by an approved preliminary plat shall serve to extend the life of the remainder of the preliminary plat for a period of six months from the date of City Council approval of such final plat.
