§ 10.30. SUITABILITY OF THE LAND.
   Land in FF or FW zoning districts shall not be platted for uses not permitted in such districts. Any land deemed by the Planning Commission to be topographically unsuitable for residential use shall not be platted for residential occupancy, nor shall such land be platted for any other use which may continue such conditions or increase danger to health, safety, life, or property, unless steps approved by the Planning Commission are taken to diminish the above mentioned hazards to a level deemed acceptable by the Planning Commission.
