(A) An emergency is hereby declared to exist by reason of which it is deemed necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety, best interests, and general welfare that this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval, according to law.
(B) Passed and approved March 15, 1971: Subdivision Ordinance for the City of Alva, Oklahoma, an ordinance establishing regulations for the subdividing and platting or land; providing for submitting plats for approval; describing procedures; setting forth plat requirements, subdivision design standards, and improvement requirements; providing for administration; providing penalties for violation hereof; repealing all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith to the extent of such conflict; and declaring an emergency.
