§ 1. PRESENTATION.
   Whereas, heretofore, on March 1, 1971, the City Council, in regular session, had presented to it and therefore did consider a resolution of the Planning Commission recommending the adoption of “City of Alva, Oklahoma: Subdivision Regulation, November 15, 1970.”
