§ 8-87. QUALIFIED PILOTS.
   Aircraft shall not be left running without a qualified pilot at the controls. Agricultural aircraft shall not be refueled, loaded, or unloaded with chemicals, or otherwise serviced while the engine is running, unless a qualified pilot is at the controls.
