An
UNCONTAINED SPILL is defined as more than ten gallons or 25 pounds of dry weight or pesticide concentrate, or 50 gallons of an application mixture (tank mix), shall constitute a spill for chemical damage and cleanup. Such a spill must be reported within 24 hours to the airport manager and all other local, state, and federal agencies required by law.
