§ 8-82. ANNUAL PERMIT; FEE.
   An annual permit shall be issued to each applicator from the city, at the cost of $100. The permit will include the name of the aircraft, with N numbers, pilots, and pilot certificate number. Changes are permissible when the permit is amended in writing.
