The privilege of using the airport and facilities shall be conditioned on the assumption of full indemnity and hold absolutely harmless the city, its officers and employees, and the Airport Commission from any liability or loss resulting from such use as well as against claims of third persons using the airport. The exercise of the privilege of use shall constitute an acknowledgment that the city and the Airport Commission maintain the airport in a governmental capacity.
