§ 8-78. AUTHORITY OF CITY AND AIRPORT COMMISSION TO SET FEES.
   The airport shall be open for the use of chemical applicators, subject to such fees and charges as may be established from time to time by the city and Airport Commission without discrimination toward this class of users.
