§ 8-59. PENALTY.
   Any person who shall violate or refuse to abide by any of the provisions of this article, any of the rules and regulations set forth herein, or any provisions of laws incorporated therein or herein shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable as provided in § 1-14.
