M DISTRICT. A zoning district whose designation begins with the letter “M.”

MAJOR RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT. A term including, but not limited to, boat, boat trailer, recreational vehicle, and containers for transporting such equipment, whether occupied thereby or not.

MAJOR STREET OR HIGHWAY. A street so designated in the Comprehensive Plan.

MOBILE HOME. A vehicle of trailer or semitrailer type, originally constructed and manufactured as a living quarter mounted on wheels attached thereto and sold as a part thereof for ready movement of the same on the highways, even though, when placed on a given location, the wheels are temporarily removed. The term does not include recreational vehicles.

MOBILE HOME PARK. A zoning lot on which two or more mobile homes are parked or any zoning lot on which space for the parking of mobile homes is rented. The term does not include mobile home subdivisions; premises where unoccupied mobile homes, whether new or used, are parked for the purposes of inspection, sale, storage, or repair; or recreational vehicle parks.
