§ 85.52. TERMS BEGINNING WITH “L.”
LOT. A zoning lot, unless the context indicates a lot of record, in which case, a LOT is a lot of record.
(85.52.20)
LOT AREA. The total area included within the boundaries of a zoning lot, measured in a horizontal plane. In the case of a lot abutting an alley, LOT AREA shall include one-half of the area of such alley, but not more than ten feet of alley width shall be included in LOT AREA.
(85.52.25)
LOT, CORNER. Either a zoning lot bounded entirely by streets or a zoning lot which adjoins the point of intersection or meeting of two or more streets and in which the interior angle formed by the street lines is 135 degrees or less. If the street lines are curved, the angle shall be measured at the point of intersection of the extensions of the street lines in the directions which they take at the intersections of the street line with the side lot line and with the rear lot line of the lot. If the street line is curved at its point of intersection with the side lot line or rear lot line, the tangent to the curve at that point shall be considered the direction of the street line.
(85.52.30)
LOT FRONTAGE. The distance for which a zoning lot abuts on a street.
(85.52.35)
LOT, INTERIOR. A lot other than a corner lot.
(85.52.40)
LOT LINES. The lines bounding a zoning lot.
(85.52.45)
LOT LINE, FRONT. A lot line that is also a street line.
(85.52.50)
LOT LINE, INTERIOR. A lot line that is not also a street line.
(85.52.55)
LOT OF RECORD. A lot which is part of an addition or subdivision, duly surveyed and platted, the map of which has been recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Woods County, Oklahoma, or a lot described by metes and bounds, the description of which has been recorded in the office of said County Clerk.
(85.52.60)
LOT, THROUGH. An interior lot which abuts on two or more streets.
(85.52.65)
   LOT WIDTH.
      (1)   Width of an interior lot that is not a through lot: the length of the front yard line.
      (2)   Width of a through lot: a width or widths determined on the basis of a reasonable division of the lot into segments fronting on the several streets.
      (3)   Width of a corner lot:
         (a)   If there are two front yard lines, the shorter of such lines.
         (b)   If there are more than two front yard lines, the average length of the two shortest of such lines.
(85.52.70)
LOT, ZONING. A tract of land in a single block which, at the time of applying for a zoning permit, is designated by the applicant as a tract to be used, developed, or built upon as a unit under single ownership or control. A ZONING LOT, therefore, may or may not coincide with a lot of record. A ZONING LOT may be subdivided into two or more zoning lots, provided that all resulting ZONING LOTS and all structures thereon shall comply with all of the applicable provisions of this appendix. If, however, such ZONING LOT is occupied by a nonconforming structure, such ZONING LOT may be subdivided, provided that such subdividing does not create a new nonconformity or increase the degree of nonconformance of such structure.
