§ 85.47. TERMS BEGINNING WITH “G.”
   GROUP QUARTERS. A building used as a place of residence by several persons who share the living accommodations and do not occupy separate dwelling units. GROUP QUARTERS include institutions, dormitories, rooming and boarding houses, lodges, sorority and fraternity houses, and similar establishments.
