ACCESSORY. A use, structure, or part of a structure customarily incidental and subordinate to the principal use of a zoning lot or of a structure. An ACCESSORY USE is located on the same zoning lot as the principal use, except in the cases of off-street parking, temporary mobile home parks, temporary real estate sales offices, and temporary construction facilities.
