§ 8-55. INSTRUCTION AND PRACTICE FLYING.
   (A)   Every person instructing students in flying at the airport shall acquaint them with the rules and regulations in effect thereat.
   (B)   Any aircraft being soloed by a student who does not possess a valid pilot’s license shall display a plainly visible white streamer in a conspicuous place.
   (C)   The airport manager, by appropriate notices, may restrict practice flights and student training to the portion of the airport designated by him or her.
   (D)   No aircraft shall remain in the landing or takeoff area for the purpose of instructing students between flights.
