§ 70.55. BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; POWERS AND DUTIES.

   The Board of Adjustment shall have the following powers and duties:

   (A)   To hear and decide appeals, subject to § 70.65;

   (B)   To hear and decide applications for conditional use permits (special exceptions), subject to § 70.70;

   (C)   To authorize variances from the terms of this appendix, subject to § 70.75; and

   (D)   Such other powers and duties as may be provided by statute or this appendix.
