§ 65.95. NONCONFORMING MOBILE HOMES AND MOBILE HOME PARKS.
   (A)   Nonconforming mobile homes. Nonconforming mobile homes not in mobile home parks shall be permitted to continue, except that an existing mobile home may be removed and replaced with another mobile home, provided that the replacement be made within one year.
   (B)   Nonconforming mobile home parks. Nonconforming mobile home parks shall:
      (1)   Be permitted to continue to operate, but when a nonconforming mobile home park ceases operation for a year or more, it not be permitted to resume operations;
      (2)   Be permitted to rent all existing developed spaces, even though some spaces may have been vacant on the effective date of this appendix or amendment thereto; and
      (3)   Not be permitted to develop new spaces.
