§ 65.70. CHANGING OF A NONCONFORMING USE.
   A nonconforming use of a structure or lot may not be changed to another nonconforming use except upon a finding of the Board of Adjustment that such other nonconforming use is likely to be less detrimental to adjacent property in the same district than is the nonconforming use from which permission to change is sought. Such finding shall not be made except upon appeal, under the provisions of §§ 70.01 through 70.90. Such changed nonconforming use shall be subject to all the provisions of this article.
