§ 65.50. DESTRUCTION OF STRUCTURE CONTAINING NONCONFORMING USE.
   When a structure, the use of which does not conform to the provisions of this appendix, is damaged by fire, explosion, act of God, or the public enemy, to the extent of more than 60% of its true value, it shall not be restored except in conformity with the district regulations, provided however, that a dwelling in a C district that has been so damaged may be restored, but not enlarged.
