No dwelling shall be erected or placed on a lot that does not front for at least 30 feet on a street at least 40 feet wide, except as follows.
(A) A townhouse lot need not abut a street for more than the required width of an individual townhouse lot.
(B) Frontage requirements in a planned development district shall be as provided in the approved plan of such district.
