§ 60.10. HEIGHT EXCEPTIONS.
   The height limits established in the district provisions may be exceeded by the following structures, provided that they are not used for human occupancy and that the sum of the horizontal cross-sectional areas of all such structures does not, at any point above the height limit, exceed 4% of the area of the zoning lot or 900 square feet, whichever is less: aerials, air conditioning and ventilating equipment, antennas, belfries, chimneys, conveyors, cupolas, elevators, domes, masts, monuments, poles, silos, smokestacks, spires, towers, tanks, and similar structures.
