§ 50.6700. NONRESIDENTIAL USES IN RESIDENTIAL AND OFFICE DISTRICTS.
   The following requirements apply to all charitable, cultural, educational, recreational, health, institutional, religious, social, and similar nonresidential facilities where permitted in or abutting an R or O district. They do not apply to utility, protective, and similar facilities. Separation of structures or areas for uses listed above from the nearest other property in an R or O district shall be as follows:
