Vending machines, except for fuel, may be installed in buildings permitted in A, R, P, and O districts as uses accessory to such buildings, for the convenience of the users of such buildings, provided that such machines are not visible from the street or from any other property in an A, R, P, or O district and there are no signs calling attention hereto.
