Townhouse developments shall be subject to the requirements of § 20.50, as modified and supplemented by the following requirements.
(A) The minimum area of a townhouse development shall be as determined from Table 2 of § 20.50, but shall not be less than the area determined from the following table:

(B) In any townhouse development, there shall be one or more recreation areas for use in common by the residents of the development. The area of such recreation areas shall be as determined from the following table.

(C) The area of an individual townhouse lot shall be not less than 1,800 feet.
(D) The minimum widths of individual townhouse lots shall be as follows:
(1) End lot of a row of contiguous townhouses: 32 feet; and
(2) Other lots in such row: 24 feet.
(E) Minimum yards for a townhouse development as a whole shall be so determined from Table 4 of § 20.50.
(F) Minimum yards for individual townhouses shall be as follows:
(1) Front yards: 20 feet;
(2) Side yards between contiguous townhouses in a row of townhouses: none permitted; and
(3) Rear yards: 16 feet.
(G) Minimum spacing between rows of townhouses in a townhouse development shall be 16 feet.
(H) Maximum coverage of individual townhouse lots shall be 40% in the RG10 district, 45% in an RG8 district, and 50% in an RG6 or RM district.
(I) Maximum heights in townhouse developments shall be determined from Table 3 of § 20.50; any setbacks required to permit additional height shall be measured from the interior yard lines of the townhouse development.
(J) Not more than eight townhouses shall be placed together in a row, and no row shall be longer than 200 feet.
